We offer our customers the opportunity to return or exchange the products as per the terms and conditions. Customers can check and receive or return the product instantly. You can also apply for product exchange within 1 day of receipt in case of problems that cannot be understood by instant check alone.

Return and Exchange Terms:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, clean, unaltered, and new without defects. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • Product must be intact with tags.
  • A return or exchange request must be made within 1 day of purchase.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition (including receipt/invoice and packaging) with barcodes, tags, etc. attached.

Return

  • The product must be checked and received in front of the delivery man, if the product is defective or the product is wrong due to our mistake, please return it immediately and contact our Facebook or call center, the correct product will be sent free of charge.
  • If a customer can prove that our product is not genuine even after we claim to have sent the correct product, the return will be refunded along with the delivery charge.
  • No complaint will be entertained after receipt of the parcel unless it is impossible to understand by instant check alone.

Exchange

  • At present we offer an exchange facility only in case of wrong product departure due to our fault, and we bear the exchange charges in this case.
  • If the wrong product is ordered by the customer, a new product will be sent to the customer in accordance with the terms of the exchange and the previous one will be returned, in which case the customer will bear the delivery and exchange costs.

Refund

  • A 100% refund will be given within 72 hours if you return any product purchased with full payment due to fault or any acceptable reason.

What if the receipt/tag/barcode is lost?

  • We will still consider it if you lose the purchase receipt or invoice. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number so that we can check your purchase history.
  • Any irreparable damage or bending of the tag or barcode may render the exchange offer no longer valid.

Where can I exchange products?

  • In case of online purchase

After purchasing any product you can exchange it at our display center within 1 day from the date of receipt. Click here to find the Display Center. You can send your product(s) to us by any courier service after consulting our service center associate. We will contact you once we receive the product and arrange shipment of your exchange product. It must fulfill all the conditions mentioned in the conditions of exchange and returns section.

Remember, in the event of a fault on our part, we will offer a free return or exchange. Otherwise, the customer must bear the cost of return shipping.

  • In case of purchase at Display Center

Currently, we have only one display center across the country. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the product to our display center within 1 day of receiving the product and it meets all the conditions mentioned in the exchange and return section.
